Henckels Knives was founded in Germany in 1731. After 275 years, Henckels
is known world over as the symbol of fine cutlery. J.A. Henckels has
been distributed and sold in the United States since 1883 and from the
beginning it has been recognized for superior quality and craftsmanship. Henckels prides itself on making the finest knives available anywhere.
