Twin Cermax M66 Chef Knife by Henckels
Description: 8" knife. For chopping and dicing. The knife handle is rocked up and down with one hand while the fingers of the other hand rest slightly on the back of the blade, towards the tip. Micarta handle is black with a woodlike appearance. (Use only the Diamond Coated Oval 10 Inch Sharpening Steel to sharpen Cermax knives.) Regular retail 250.00.
